A Successful Trip to Curescant

The first time we visited Curescant, we were relatively poor. We had harvested 100 eggs and 25 adults of a very colorful species of lizard, and were looking for high-end customers to sell them to.

The Lucky Break

1. We made an ad on the holonet and we were really lucky.
2. While waiting in line to dock, we got contacted by a high-end bioengineering company that tested our lizard and found interest.
3. They bought 2 eggs and 2 adults at an exorbitant price.

The Extravagant Customer

And then we got luckier, or so we thought. We found a customer who was as rich as only nobles on this planet can be, and as extravagant as we had never imagined.

1. I, a scavenger droid named F8, and Orin, a Diathim performer, were shopping for Orin’s flashy performance wear when we got a call from a Duchess!
2. She was impressed with the colors of the lizard and wanted to buy in bulk to decorate her upcoming party.
3. She was also impressed with our choice of clothing store, so she sent her ride to pick us up and bring her a sample.

The Duchess’s Villa

We entered a villa that was beyond imagination. She was impressed by us, but we picked up on several issues.

1. She kept slaves.
2. She was of the underworld.
3. She was dangerous.

Orin was amazing at assuaging her, and played his part as a lady, because of her misunderstanding and the extreme distaste in men the Duchess showed.

The 1st Curescant Deal

1. We managed to get her into our ship to witness the cracking of the eggs and the birth of the lizards that would adorn her party.
2. She parted with 40 million Credits.

The Reward

1. We bought a new starship! A double wayfarer, and a score of droids to help us both in our planet development, and in our chores around the galaxy!

A successful Curescant trip if ever was one!
